Mrs. Lata Lincoln is a visionary, educationalist and a leader. Her expertise is in the field of Pre-Primary education, Child Psychology and Parental Counseling. She underwent her trainings at CEF India by Ms Agatha Martins, at Haggai Institute of Advance Leadership Training, Singapore and at KidZ at Heart International, Arizona, USA.

She received the Best Teacher Award in the twin cities of Hyderbad and Secunderabad at Bal Bhavan in the year 1983/84 and also the prestigious National Integration Award by the then educational minister Sri P V Ranga Rao. She also has been honoured and felicitated by the News India and National Crime Magazine for her distinguished services to the community on the occasion of International Women's Day in 2016.

She received "Hind Ratan Award" for outstanding achievement at the House of Commons in London by the Indian Solidarity Council and "Bharat Vidya Shiromani Award" at New Dehli by the International Institute of Education and Management.

She has been working with children for the past 35 years, she believes in impacting children at a very early age shaping and building them for their life's assignments. She was on Radio Vishwavani reaching out to millions of Telugu speaking children across the nation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Hundreds of Pastors, missionaries, and underprivileged children become very successful after completing the programs offered through the Faith Welfare Society institutions.

Lata believes in the 7 mountain mandates so she took up the entrepreneurship L&L Pvt. Ltd. to run various enterprises including an international school in Hyderabad.

She is a great mentor and faith motivational speaker and has the rich experience of speaking in groups & conferences in India and around the world.
